April 1st - 4 seasons in one day

The first day of April has been all seasons in one day....

A beautiful sunny start to the morning.....

Followed by 30 minutes later, wind, hail and snow!!!

Overnight temperatures have been just above or below freezing.

This weekend the nights might get as low as minus 4/5.

All the delicate seedlings and young plants that were planted out during the mini heatwave or 20 degrees plus last week, have been safely wrapped in fleece and covered to keep them snugly warm and protected. Let's hope all will good when the big reveal happens early next week!
